Dear Lizard Family,

 

It is with great pleasure that I welcome your student to Seventh grade at C.D. Fulkes Middle School.  I am an ESL Specialists here at our fabulous campus.  I absolutely love teaching middle school students and I am very excited to have the opportunity to support both students and teachers in the different classrooms that I serve.  This is my twelfth year of teaching and my fourth year at C.D. Fulkes Middle.

 

I am originally from El Paso, Texas.  I attended the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) [Go MINERS!] and earned a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.  I also obtained a master's degree in educational administration from Concordia University.  Teaching English language learners has been a very rewarding experience for me and I am looking forward to continue having the opportunity to work with your student this year.

 

On a personal note, I am married to a wonderful man, Joseph.  We are blessed with four amazing boys.  Three of them will be attending school  in Round Rock ISD.  

 

I am proud to be part of this incredible Lizard Family and I am looking forward to a great year!
